Our Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it and we will gladly exchange or refund if it is eligible.

How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?

You may return your purchase by mail.
Just make a copy of your invoice, and on the invoice please write your reason for return along with what you’d like us to do:

Exchange for a different item
Give you store credit
Refund your credit card

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return. When a purchase is returned shipping charges will not be credited. Only the price of the purchase will be refunded.
If you wish to exchange your purchase and cannot visit our store, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product.
